2. Eligibility & Accounts
2.1 Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
2.2 Account Registration
You may browse our website and make purchases as a guest. However, creating an account provides access to order history, saved addresses, and scheduled reorders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
2.3 Account Security
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
3. Products & Pricing
3.1 Product Information
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, product images are for illustrative purposes, and minor variations may occur due to the nature of eco-friendly materials. Colours may appear differently on different screens.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT at 20%. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
3.3 Pricing Errors
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund. We will contact you before cancelling and give you the option to proceed at the correct price.
3.4 Availability
All products are subject to availability. We will notify you as soon as possible if a product you have ordered is unavailable and offer alternatives or a full refund.
4. Orders & Payment
4.1 Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
4.2 Payment
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
4.3 Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request changes to or cancellation of your order at any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
4.4 Scheduled Reorders
If you set up a scheduled reorder, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method on the scheduled dates. You will receive a reminder before each scheduled order and can pause, modify, or cancel your schedule at any time through your account.
5. Branded & Custom Products
Important: Custom and branded products are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or refunded.
5.1 Minimum Order Quantities
Branded and custom products are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs). These vary by product and will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.
5.2 Artwork & Approval
You are responsible for providing artwork that meets our specifications. We will provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for any errors in the design, spelling, or specifications. Production will not commence until you have approved the proof in writing.
5.3 Lead Times
Branded products require longer lead times than standard stock items. Estimated lead times will be provided during the ordering process and begin from the date of artwork approval. Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5.4 No Returns or Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of branded and custom products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the goods are defective or do not match the approved proof. Please review your proof carefully before approval.
5.5 Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have the right to use all logos, images, and designs provided. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of intellectual property.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of B&B Eco, Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Extent of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of our website or products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific products giving rise to the claim.
7.2 Exclusions
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise.
7.3 Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless B&B Eco, Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your use of our products, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
10.1 Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10.2 Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at hello@afida.com. We will attempt to resolve any disputes informally before either party initiates legal proceedings.
10.3 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
